Make sure all of your guests have plenty of room with this handy guide! The three categories below consider an area filled to capacity- so if you have other items to be placed inside please see the sidebar for their space allowances.
-Cathedral/ Theatre Seating: 18” x 42” per seat (includes chair & walkway between chairs)
6 sq. ft. per person. (w/a = center aisle.)
Tent sizes are listed by width first and length second.
-Bar Area = 100 sq. ft.
-Buffet Table = 100 sq. ft.
-Cake Table = 100 sq. ft.
-Gift Table = 50-100 sq. ft.
-Guest Book = 50 sq. ft.
-Grand Piano = 100 sq. ft.
-Head Table = (rectangle)
100 sq. ft. ea.
-Cocktail Party = (per person)
Standing= 6 sf
Seated= 8 sf
-Dance Floors = 2 sq. ft. per guest (figured as 1/4 of guests dancing or 1 couple per 4’ x 4’ panel.)

*Tent price is for white top only and does not include sides or other accessories which are priced separately. Price includes set-up and take-down on 8’ legs. Additional costs may apply for non ‘tail-gate’ installation.
