Listed below are some of the services that we offer to assist you in making your special event go off without a hitch!

We deliver our equipment throughout the greater Reno/Sparks area and service all of the nearby outlaying communities including the entire circumference of Lake Tahoe, the length of the Eastern Sierra and as far east as Elko.  Our delivery and pick-up service fee is based upon your location, your time frame and the amount of equipment that will be transported.

DELIVERY & PICK-UP

EARLY MORNING OR LATE NIGHT DELIVERY / PICK-UP

A convenient extension of our standard delivery and pick-up service.  If you need your equipment delivered or picked-up outside of our standard business hours we offer an early morning, late evening / late night and even holiday service.  Fees are based upon location, time of service and amount of equipment handled.  Please give 72 hours advance notice as we need to schedule crews.  Please note that tent set-up and take-down may be dependent on the weather.

TABLE & CHAIR SET-UP & BREAK-DOWN

ON-SITE TENT LOCATION EVALUATIONS

While the prices of equipment like tents, stages and dance floors include our labor for the set-up and take-down, our tables and chairs do not.  For a fee we can also set-up and/or take-down your tables and chairs.  We request at least 72 hours notice and ask that you provide a basic schematic of your arrangement.

If you are unsure about the installation of a tent we can visit your location and conduct an on-site evaluation of the area you are thinking of using.  This service is complimentary with every tent order.  Please contact an Camelot Event Specialist to arrange an appointment.

C.A.D. DRAWINGS & SITE PLANS

We have the ability to lay-out and draw a site plan or schematic of your event with our Computer Aided Drawing program (C.A.D.).  This tool allows us to properly space tables, chairs, stages, dance floors and other items within an area to help clarify spacing issues. 

AFTER HOURS CONTACT

In the event of an emergency, Camelot has a 24 hour contact number that will be directed to an on-call staff member to help with any equipment problems that you may be experiencing.  Simply call our regular number at 775-355-9004 and listen for the contact information.
