Camelot Party Rentals is committed to providing the finest service and most reliable equipment to its customers. Our reputation is tied to the quality of our products; if we don’t feel comfortable with a piece of equipment then how can we expect you to? Maintenance, quality control and investment in our equipment is a fundamental focus for us. Highlighted below are some of the processes we have in place to ensure your event is the best and most memorable it can be.

-TENT MAINTENANCE

Safety is the critical issue when dealing with tenting. We buy components from proven and reliable manufacturers that meet or exceed industry standards. Steel fittings, aluminum poles, cables and other accessories are retired when fatigued or damaged. After every tent is taken down our ‘canvas’ (vinyl skins) are inspected for wear (and repaired if necessary) and cleaned so that when the tent goes to your event we have the confidence that the tent system will perform as designed. Ask our competitors how often, how many square feet and how many man-hours they devote to the maintenance of their tenting. We feel only a properly installed tent is worthy of being called a Camelot Tent.

-LAUNDRY FACILITY

Unfurling a fresh tablecloth should be one of the least stressful things that go into setting up an event. There are few worse feelings than having to worry about your image moments before an event because your linen is stained or in disrepair. At Camelot we wash and iron our own linen in our on-premise laundry facility using non-toxic chemicals to ensure that only clean and presentable linen goes to your event.

-CHAIR MAINTENANCE

Have you ever regretted sitting down on something you didn’t see? We don’t like that feeling either and that’s why every chair is checked and washed before it leaves our warehouse. Our methods for a clean chair are two-fold; a chair washing machine and good old-fashioned elbow grease.

-TABLEWARE AND SERVING EQUIPMENT

All tableware including plates, silverware, glassware and serving items are put through our commercial dishwasher and sterilized and wrapped so that they are ready for your immediate use.

-TABLE REFURBISHING

Every year we inspect our tables for damage and repair and refurbish those that are in need of some TLC. We take pride that our oldest tables are nearly indistinguishable from our brand new ones. We think the health of a rental companies tables reflects on how the rest of the equipment is cared for.

-BBQs & FOOD PREP

We don’t think you should know what the last customer served when renting a BBQ from us. You should have a clean, well-functioning piece of equipment- a ready canvas for your culinary masterpiece!
