Introducing PartyCAD, a computer aided design program that allows us to plan the layout of your event so that you can view how all of your guests will fit into an area before your event is set-up. 7-4-’08 Camelot is proud to have been a sponsor for the 8th annual Star Spangled Sparks at the Sparks Marina. We hope that the winner of ‘Sparks Idol’ remembers us- their big break may have come atop our stage!

7-25-’08 Camelot was happy to have been a part of the ‘Cops + Kids Picnic and Beach Party’ event held at Idlewild Park in Reno.

8-’08 Camelot is proud to have been able to contribute to the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life event held in Carson City.

8-16-’08 We were delighted to have been able to contribute to the 2008 ‘Kids Care Fun Fair’ benefiting Leadership Reno-Sparks which is administered by the Reno Sparks Chamber of Commerce.

8-’08 Congratulations to the Reno High Alumni on their 5th Triennial Picnic and Reunion held at the Reno High Campus. Camelot is happy to have been a part of this event.

8-’08 Camelot is glad to have been a part of the annual Casa de Vida fundraising event in Reno.

8-’08 We were once again happy to contribute to the 24th annual Nevada Museum of Art Wine Tasting event held at the I.G.T. campus. This years theme of Water, Fire, Rain & Earth helps to support their exhibition and educational programs.

8-’08 OPA! and congratulations to St. Anthony’s Greek Orthodox Church for hosting their 21st annual Greek Festival. Camelot is happy to have been involved again in this fun celebration!

8- ’08 Camelot would like to congratulate James and Malayna on their recent wedding. We were happy to have been able to be a part of their special day and we wish them a long and happy marriage!

9- ’08 We were pleased to have been a part of the High Desert Waterfowl Classic event held at Cabela’s in Reno.

9-6- ’08 Camelot was glad to be involved in the Tin Cup Tea & BBQ event held at the Governor’s Mansion in Carson City. This event benefits the Nevada State Museum.

9-7- ’08 Camelot hopes everyone had an excellent time at WARCSTOCK, held at the Bartley Ranch Amphitheater in Reno. We were happy to be a part of this event that benefits the Washoe ARC.

9- 28- ’08 We were happy to be able to contribute to and support the Safe & Healthy Homes Fair held at Idlewild Park in Reno.

10-4- ’08 We were glad to be able to contribute to the 20th Annual Firehouse Breakfast and Open House hosted by the Sparks Fire Department in downtown Sparks.

2008 - Camelot was proud to have been an equipment supplier to all of the candidates in this year’s historic elections and we congratulate all of the participants. We’ll take a breath for now but we’ll be ready for the next election cycle in 2010!

10-9- ’08 Camelot was pleased to have been able to contribute to the Wine & Jazz Jubilee benefiting Habitat for Humanity at the National Automobile Museum in downtown Reno.

11-8- ’08 Camelot was happy to have been able to have contributed to the Fireman’s Ball held by the Rotary Club of Fernley.

11-29- ’08 Camelot would like to welcome the Reno Bighorns of the NBA Development League to our community and wish them much success in their inaugural season!

10-26- ‘08 We had a great time at the Bridal & Beauty Expo and we were excited to see all of the future brides and grooms who visited our booth! We hope you picked up an idea or two for your special day and remember, you can always call us or drop by our showroom if you have any questions or want to ‘play’ with any of the equipment you’ll be using!

9- ’08 Camelot was excited to have once again been a contributor to the 27th Annual Great Reno Balloon Race held at Rancho San Rafael Park in Reno. It’s always one of Northern Nevada’s most fun events to be a part of!

10-5-’08 Camelot was very happy to have again been able participate and support the 10th Anniversary Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, held this year at the Quad on the University of Nevada campus.

11- ’08 In upholding the spirit of Thanksgiving, Camelot was happy to be able to provide a 40’ x 100’ tent for the Holiday Outreach Program hosted by the Reno Christian Fellowship that served 2,200 meals to members of our community in need in downtown Reno.

11-14-’08 We had a fantastic time being a contestant at the 1st ever Reno-Tahoe NACE Tabletop Design Competition held at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center. Our entry ‘Sastrugi Soiree’ involved a 5’ x 5’ table canopy with glacial blue and iridescent white sparkle cloths and runners invoking the icy realm of Antarctica. Better yet, all of the tables elements were built from our in-house inventory except for the centerpiece which was created by Sparks Florist. If you would like to replicate our look for your soiree or want to build your own unique design using our equipment as the base we’ve got the tools to take your event to an exciting new level!

12-6- ’08 Camelot was glad to have been a part of the West St. Market grand opening in downtown Reno which helped to support the Food Bank of Northern Nevada.

12-12- ’08 Camelot was proud to be able to support the Annual KTVN Channel 2 Christmas Drive-By Food Drive that helps the Food Bank of Northern Nevada.

HO! HO! HO! Camelot was pleased to have been a presenting sponsor for this year’s Hometowne Christmas event held on Victorian Square in Sparks on Saturday, December the 6th. This year’s theme was ‘Christmas Caroles Come Alive’.

12-12-14- ’08 We we’re happy to be able to provide tenting and heaters for the U.S. Marine Corps Annual Toys for Tots event that helps brighten the holiday season for many children.

1-14- ’09 We had a blast at the Reno-Tahoe NACE Chapter Design Decor Session with San Francisco Event Producer Robert Fountain at the Eldorado in downtown Reno. We picked-up a some great ideas for the new year!

1-18- ‘09 We had an awesome time at the 21st annual American Heart Association Fantasy Wedding Faire, held at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno. We were thrilled to introduce a full spectrum of lighting possibilities to our 2009 brides and we were blown away by the response to the Black & White Baroque linen that we had on one of our featured tables! We are excited about 2009- this is the year of huge possibility!

THANK YOU BRIDES! (And grooms too...) We had an outstanding time at the Premier Bride Showcase held on April 3rd & 4th at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center! 2009 is looking like a great year for weddings with some new, innovative and creative twists on traditional themes! We were also particularly excited for all of the 2010 brides that stopped by our booth - it’s never too early to start laying the foundation for an unforgettable event!

4-19- ‘09 We trust everyone had a fine time at this year’s Earth Day festivities at Idlewild Park - could the weather have been any nicer?! Presented by Nevada EcoNet, 2009’s 20/20 Earth Vision hosted music, informative booths and many other activities!

5-2- ’09 We we’re pleased to be part of the inaugural Buy Local Event 2009 hosted by Butcher Boy Meats, Deli & Catering. The event was a showcase for local Northern Nevada businesses promoting a sustainable business cycle for our local economy.

5-10- ‘09 The Sparks Marina once again provided a lovely spot for the annual Arts In Bloom festival supporting both local artists and the Susan G. Koman Race For The Cure Foundation. Camelot was proud to be a sponsor of the event and hope all Mom’s had a wonderful Mother’s Day!

4-23- ’09 Camelot was proud to support the Black & Blue Ball benefitting Klothes 2 Kids hosted by Reno Harley / Davidson Buell. The proceeds of the event go to helping provide clothing for underprivileged children in our community. Be sure to check out their next event, their annual Poker Run on Saturday, June 27th, which also aids the Klothes 2 Kids program.

June 23rd, 2009 marked an important date for Camelot as it was the anniversary of our 20th year in business! We are proud to have to been a part of so many special events throughout the region during that time and we look forward to being part of many more! Thank you!

7-18- ‘09 Miguel Ribera Park in Reno was a fun site for the Primer Festival Latino-Americano. Great food, music and dancing were all a part of this exciting new event. Camelot was happy to be a participant and looks forward to even more fun next year!

HEY, NICE TENTS!

9-13- ’09 Camelot hopes everyone had an great time at WARCSTOCK, held at the Bartley Ranch Amphitheater in Reno. We were happy to be a part of this event that benefits the Washoe ARC.

11-18-’09 We had a great time at the N.A.C.E. meeting at the new Food Bank Of Northern Nevada facility.

10-25- ’09 We had a great time at the Reno Bride & Beauty Expo at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center! It’s always so much fun to talk ‘Wedding’ with all the future brides- and 2010 looks like it will be a really unique wedding season!

Our booth displayed two elements of the after-ceremony; the first side featured a tent with a liner and chandelier with a classic dinner table for eight on a 5’ x 5’ square table with a chocolate tablecloth overlaid with beige runners and Titan plates.

The second side featured a party tent decorated with lit Japanese lanterns and a fabric swagged ceiling, a sofa, bar and of course a dance floor. Purple and turquoise set the tone and a very cool LED light system over the dance floor created a club like atmosphere.

The options for your wedding and reception are endless. Small, large or in between, we have what you need for the perfect party!

11-23 / 24 - ’09 We were glad to again provide a 40’ x 100’ tent to the 13th annual Holiday Outreach program in downtown Reno, which serves about 2,000 Thanksgiving meals to the less fortunate in our community.
